With the automated coating machine, coating materials can be electrostatically attached to cabinet surfaces by static spray guns, and then dry out at 200°C.
To ensure the power system functions normally, our assembly and wiring processes are conducted by skilled technicians based on installation guide and wiring diagrams.
Synchronizing with the above Electrical Assembly, the process is conducted by digital-controlled busbar punching and bending machines.
We imported a high-precision machine tool from French to automatically engrave cabinet name plates and speed up the assembling process.
We conduct a self-inspection on every manufacturing checkpoint and scrutinize the process with a complete individual inspection.
Our final inspection includes internal hardware verification, double checks on splicing screws, functional testing, attachment of laminated wiring diagram, and photo records.
Each step in our testing process is highly standardized and reliable, ensuring the quality and safety of our equipment.
To comply with the article 401 regulated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs regarding installation rules of power consumption of household appliances and provide superior products to our customers, we established a power lab qualified by: TAF certificate of ISO/IEC 17025, Certificate of high voltage equipment manufacturer, Certificate of type test report validation.
Allow us to provide customers various external and internal test services in the laboratory. Calibrations are conducted externally on an annual basis.
